 Les Mor got his start in the School of Industrial Art, in New York City.  While attending high school he worked in a sign shop, painting backgrounds as an apprentice, and attended Life Drawing classes several nights a week.

   At another job created backgrounds for  some of the now-famous comics, including the Phantom and Flash Gordon.  He's worked with commercial art, creating brochures, catalogs, and store displays.

                         As Featured on TV

    Eventually he had his own advertising agency, from which he retired.  Now he's returned to his first love, drawing.  He draws pet portraits, portraits of people and if you prefer, caricatures at fairs and festivals.  He works rapidly, and onlookers are amazed as a line and a smudge becomes a portrait. Les and his portraits have been featured on TV on numerous occasions

   Sometimes he does special events and parties  working from live models and photographs.  These make wonderful gifts for birthdays and weddings.  He has an endless collection of celebrity and famous people portraits such as Charles Bronson, Frank Sinatra, The Beatles, Elvis Presley, and others for purchase.

   For magical personalized gifts and mementos, Les will draw portraits or caricatures for you, and laminate them for protection.
